In addition to the $200 application, total Dues include: ORRA - annual dues of $225 and a $25 ORRA media assessment; Florida REALTORS® - annual dues of $116, a $30 Issues Advocacy Fund Fee and a $30 one-time Florida REALTORS® processing fee; NAR - annual dues of $150 and a $35 media assessment.

Our brokerage serves florida real estate agents that "do not want to belong to the realtor board"; and pay about $1300+ a year in fees/cost. since our broker does not belong to the board, "you do not have to join them." we are florida licensed agents that can sell and list real estate anywhere in the state. some will say you have to be a realtor to sell/list in florida....that is a myth. your license belongs to the state, not the realtor association.

We do not have any office fees/cost, except our "one-time membership fee" of only $180 a year we do not require any office time or attendance of office meetings/training sessions. you work from your home, or anywhere. there are no sales quotas or pressure to perform. want to work part-time? that's fine. don't want to sell, but just do referrals? that's ok too.
